The Contract/s may be an individual contract executed with one Client or a joint contract executed with more than one Client.

In the event the Contract is executed with more than one Client, the substance hereof shall provide where the Clients’ rights and obligations hereunder are joint and several or divisible, and if divisible, to what extent.

Given no appropriate regulations in the substance of the Contract, it is assumed that the Clients’ rights and obligations are divisible and may be divided among so many independent and equal parts as many Clients enters the contract.
