The Corporate Contract/s may be an Corporate individual contract executed with one Corporation or a joint contract executed with more than one Corporation.

In the event the Contract is executed with more than one Corporation, the substance hereof shall provide where the Corporations’ rights and obligations hereunder are joint and several or divisible, and if divisible, to what extent.

Given no appropriate regulations in the substance of the Contract, it is assumed that the Corporations’ rights and obligations are divisible and may be divided among so many independent and equal parts as many Corporations enters the contract.
